Let's Go Ski (also referred to as LETSGOSKI) ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Patrick Da Rin. By accessing or using LETSGOSKI, you ("User", "you", "your") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LETSGOSKI. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM.
LETSGOSKI is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances, even with parental consent. Any accounts found to be registered by minors will be immediately terminated, and all associated data deleted. Users must select their birthdate upon registration, and under-18 birthdates are not selectable. No ID verification is required, and users are responsible for providing accurate information.
User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. Data is stored as long as the account or the service exists, whichever is eliminated first. If LETSGOSKI is discontinued, all user data will be instantly deleted. Users can delete their accounts at any time through the settings section, which will immediately remove all associated data. All user data (chats, pictures, name, email, etc.) is instantly and permanently erased upon account deletion. There is no retention of any data after deletion.
LETSGOSKI does not conduct user verification. Users creating fake profiles may have their accounts terminated upon detection or report. LETSGOSKI reserves the right to remove any fraudulent or misleading accounts.
Currently, LETSGOSKI does not offer any paid features. Should paid plans be introduced in the future, users will be notified about payment terms and refund policies.
LETSGOSKI uses Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure and hosting services. While we maintain full control over our users' data and do not actively share it with third parties, our service is hosted on Google Cloud's infrastructure. These infrastructure providers do not have direct access to or rights to use your personal data beyond what is necessary to provide their hosting services. We ensure that appropriate security measures and data protection agreements are in place with our infrastructure providers.
Users can report offensive or inappropriate content via help@lets-go-ski.com or through the contact section in settings. LETSGOSKI reserves the right to remove any non-compliant content and terminate accounts without prior notice. Deleted accounts will have all associated data removed permanently.
Users are solely responsible for their safety when interacting with others on the platform. Any abuse, harassment, or violations can be reported directly to LETSGOSKI via the designated contact methods.
Users whose accounts are terminated may contact LETSGOSKI to inquire about reactivation. Users must provide proof that they did not violate the Terms of Service before account reinstatement is considered.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Users accessing the platform from outside Italy are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. LETSGOSKI makes no representations that the platform complies with the legal requirements of other jurisdictions.
